She had gone to Texas for 3 weeks to visit family, and when she returned home to Kirkland, she was initially surprised to see some of the furniture moved around. Then there she hears her boyfriend call from the bedroom “Honey, I have a surprise for you!”

He walked out with a puppy she had been waiting to receive from a Portland breed for months in his arms.

He then knelt down on one knee and said “You know every dog needs a collar”. As she looked at the collar, a diamond ring was hanging from the collar. He then asked “Will you marry me?
